Time period has elapsed...i hope they didn't process the return yet , anyways you can still apply for rectification (U/s 154)......

Basically, as you now already know, department doesn't consider relief figures unless 10 E has been submitted ...in your case since return claiming relief without first ...

Hello, salaried persons file ITR1, but I left my job, and did freelancing job and earned very small amount, but I had expenses for that.
How do I reflect this is in my ITR1?

You can leave it as it and tt shall get processed but it is always better to show salary breakup and exempted income in return to avoid notices in future
