Hi, I am a salaried person & going to file ITR 1, I have a query regarding House property. I have purchased a plot in Feb'16, I paid registration exp & one month of EMI ( Interest & Principal). Shall I claim registration exp - U/s 80C & EMI ( Interest & Principal) in U/s 24 & U/s 80C. Please advice....

If your income is taxable then you have to file your income tax return or if you want to take loan then in that cases you need submit your return and submit your IT file. If your income is not taxable then you don't need to file your return.

HRA component not mentioned in FORM 16..which section should I use for tax benefit ..80GG OR 10(13A)?

Actually HRA is shown in Part B of Form 16 but in there only exemption amount is shows. You can't get the amount that how much HRA you received from your employer. But if your employer didn't mention your HRA exemption amount then you can manually calculate the exemption amount and after exemption y...

What is to be filled in "Amount of cash balance" in the balance sheet section in the ITR4 for the No Accounts (no audit required) case? The total of bank account balance and balance in the trading account on 30th March 2016?
