Sir

I saw your most of videos and subscriber of your channel. I need your help in my mother return matter.

My mother served govt deptt. For 35 years And retired from duties in july 2018.

She received arrears of Rs.12 lakh for ay 2017-18, i filed 10e and return in june 2017 and revised return in jan 2018. Return comprised of refund of over 1.80 lakh rupees.

Bt no processing has been done. Last week i saw a video in which you are explaining to raise a grievence for speedy process by taking example of uncle ITR (your father) and i do the same, yesterday i received mail that your return forwarded to juridictional AO, kindly contact to them.

I also bring into notice intimation was raised against original return as my mother served for 5 mnths in one branch n 7 mnths in other but second branch reported income of whole 12 mnths which result in excess reporting later on deptt issued letter to related CA for correction. And he conveyed that he has corrected but in traces site, reporting section same reporting is reflecting.

Form 16 and 16A from both branch reflecting correct figures.

What to do now? Kindly help.
