Taxability of PF - Withdrawal before 5 years

hello sir,

my queries are as following:

(1) I had to file 3 itr for AY: 2016-17, 2015-16 and 2014-15. But I was not aware about filing itr was compulsory for me. So, so far I have filed only one itr for AY-2016-17. So what I can do about remaining ITRs of previous two years. I think I can even get som...

Dear Friend , you can file the return only for AY 16-17 and AY 15-16 only and you cant file the return for AY 14-15 , as the due date to file the same was 31-03-2016 . alternatively with respect to the assesment year 14-15 , you can write a letter to the department regarding the reasons for not fil...
